 Operation Manual

 1 General

 1.1 Prismatic binocular with central focusing BPC7 8x30
with and without an angle-measuring reticle, with standard antireflection coating, with "ruby" coating of optics, in body covered with artificial vinyl leather, with body coat made of flexible PVC (binocular) is designed for observation of distant objects in the day time.
1.2 The binocular coming with а range-measuring or an angle-measuring
reticle (BPCs,) is designed for observation and measuring distance to the objects by
their known linear and angular sizes.
1.3 The "ruby" coating of the binocular optics creates comfortable
conditions of observation.
1.4 The binocular is serviceable at an ambient temperature оf -40 to +40 С.
1.5 Observe the following rules while operating the binocular:
— protect the binocular parts from mechanical damages;
avoid fast and abrupt turn of the binocular bodies about the hinge axes;

— close the binocular eyepieces and objective lenses with protective covers
when it is out of operation;
after observation wipe it with а soft clean cloth;

— store the binocular in а dry room at а temperature of not below +5 С.
1.б То obtain а stable image of the object to be observed, the binocular may
be installed on а stand. Provided for this purpose in the central part of the binocular
is а 1/4" thread closed with а threaded plug.
